We make every effort to display product colours, images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the true colour of any item. All products sold through Inmate Essentials are intended to comply with New Zealand Department of Corrections property rules at the time of listing. It is your responsibility to confirm current rules with the relevant prison before placing an order.

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

Orders are sent to prison property offices or the delivery address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to prison processing, courier schedules or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the prison property office or nominated address. We are not responsible for items rejected or confiscated by prison staff due to breaches of current property rules.

Due to the nature of products sold (clothing and personal items intended for prison delivery), we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective or not as described. If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery. We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Prices listed on the website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability to you or any third party.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Inmate Essentials or its content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display or create derivative works from any material on this site without our prior written permission.
